Since the budget is limited, maybe a pot-luck happy hour, dinner, or picnic for networking/discussing ideas could be arranged.

Hi Angela,

At our last board meeting we discussed having a hiking event in the Fall where people can bring a picnic lunch. We're also trying to organize a social event for July in Middletown. Thanks for sharing you ideas!
